St. James Notice to Homeowners on Change to East West

St. James Place Condominium Association Homeowners

Earlier this year we notified you that we had distributed a Request For Proposal for firms to serve as
Managing Agent of the St. James Place Condominium Association (“St. James”). 

On April 11, 2022, the St. James voted to hire East West Hospitality (East West) as the new Managing
Agent.  We thank Vail Resorts for their past service to the St. James.

As part of the transition, East West will coordinate with Vail Resorts to reach out to the St. James

St. James Place Condominium Association Homeowners

The Residential Committee members have approved for distribution the attached Request For Proposals
(RFP) for firms to serve as Managing Agent of the St. James Place Condominium Association (“St.
James”).

Our current Management Services Agreement with Vail Resorts expires this coming September 1, 2022. 
The RFP has been sent to the following firms:  Vail Resorts, East West Hospitality, and Vacasa.

Timeshare Upgrade

Dear Fellow Homeowners,
During the last 6 years the HOA RESCOM (your Residents Committee) and the Association Board have approved and executed over $2 million dollars in major renovations to the common areas of St James Place, including a major upgrade and expansion of our lobby; the additional of a new lobby entrance; upgrades to our pool, deck and exercise facility; new carpeting and lobby/hallway painting throughout the building; and the complete repainting of the exterior of the building.

In remembrance of Harvey Gorden

It is with a heavy heart that we inform the St. James community of Harvey Gorden's passing.  Mr. Gorden served on the St. James Place Residential Committee for over a decade.  He was instrumental in implementing the upgrades and enhancements of the St. James Place, especially within the last 5 years.  Harvey, you will truly be missed.
